Tsk. I quit. Too lazy.
The world likes to contradict itself. Heck, life contradicts itself... Where there's life, there's also death. So, what's the point of life in the first place, when you know you're gonna die sooner or later? Yeah, yeah, I know, it's the journey that matters blahblah. Anyways, the point of this post today is about SCHOOL and HOLIDAYS. And that's where the contradictions begin.
When we're in school, we keep saying to ourself, "OhmyGOSH why can't the holidays come any faster?! Stupid homework. Stupid exams. JEESH I can't wait for it to end!"
But when the holidays actually come, yeah we do celebrate... For the first few days. In the second week it's just "Shit. It's so boring at home. I could practically die of boredom."
We're technically contradicting our mind there o_o''
So, people think to themselves, "If only there's such a thing as school without exams and homework..." Yeah, that'd be paradise. The ideal school for every pupil. Then again, what's the point of school then? We're supposed to be learning stuff right... Granted, the stuff we learn are BORING SHIT. Still, gotta admit, some of it helps in life. Bottom line, school is important. Sadly.
Which brings us back to the beginning, school and holidays.

Heh. In those "moods" again. xD My mind loves to ramble :D This is just ONE example of the millinos of things I think of when I'm bored. Seriously ._. Yeaaaaa I know, I have no life. Jeez. :P

So yeah, my blog's been dead for a while now xD And I know NO ONE reads my blog... But I'd still like to apologize to those single-digit numbers of people of actually do visit my blog :D So this update will be a short but a lot of events kinda post....... Okay I don't get that either. MOVING ON!
On the 14 to 17th of of September (Yeah, yeah, it's been a month now. So kill me =_=), my school had this awesome trip to SINGAPOREEEEE :DDDDD a selected 21 students were chosen from form 1, 2 and 4. I was one of em woot. Hahha. It's actually a school trip to other "sister" schools in Singapore. But it's like, both enjoyable and education laa. I mean, xkan they expect us to go Singapore then visit school nia right? =P
First, we went to UNIVSERSAL STUDIO! Yeah, it just opened a few months ago, I think? Quite recent laaa. And lucky us to have gotten the chance to go <3
In Universal Studio, there were sorta sections of the place, something like Disneyland. They have Madagascar, Jurassic Park, Sci-fi City, New York, Kingdom of Far, Far Away, Ancient Egypt.... Uh. I think that's it. I'm not sure =S Forgot. Heeee. I had this directory thingy okay! Then I think got mixed up with someone I ended up with some Mandarin one D= [It's very well known I suck at Mandarin. Suck.]
So first we went to the Madagascar one.
There was a canopy ride thingy here, but I didn't manage to go on cuz the line was hella long! D: Oh well. Can go again, right? xDD
After that was the land of Far Far Away. You know, Shrek? That was an AWESOME experience, because of Shrek 4D! Weeee. Haha. It was a short clip of some Shrek movie [Don't really watch Shrek..] and throughout the video we experienced what the characters in the movie did! :D There were creepy crawlies under the chair tickling our feet D: SPIDAHHS. FEAR EM.
After that... I think we went to Egypt? I don't know. I don't remember. Ahh. Who cares about the cronology of events. Just got the events right can de la! So, EGYPT.
WE HAD THE BEST FREAKIN RIDE OF OUR LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!
That was the ride! First, had to go through this short maze on foot, being scared by objects literally popping out of NO WHERE... THEN the ride! :D It was super speed, SUDDEN stops, going BACKWARDS, feeling like we're falling... And there was this other dude whom we don't know, WHO WAS LIKE TOTALLY UNFEELING. ISH! Guys.. >.> Act pro.. Pffffft.
Also went to Jurassic Park. What did we do there? I forgot. Oops. OH. REMEMBERED. Went to some spiralling ride thingy. It was on water. We were in this circular boat thingy that went round and round most of the time on the water. We got drenched from head to toe.... NOT! Luckily for my group, the people before us gave us their rain coats <3 face="arial">
SCIFI CITY PEOPLES :D okay, There was really nothing much over there. Except for this ONE TWO RIDES, that looked so effing EPIC. But. Was under maintaining. DUUUUDE T_T Wasted. Haih. It was duno what Human and Cylon track thingy. It's a two roller coasters that entertwine each other, narrowly missing the other ride :) Doesn't that sound dangerous FUN? :D
Bernice bought a drink cuz she was too thirsty. xD It was nice... But freakin' expensive!
And, yeap, NEW YORK. It's seriously a replica of New York. I wouldn't be surprised if I somehow walked through a wormhole thingy and was transported to the City That Never Sleeps (HIMYM!) I seriously wanted to see the Lights, Camera, Action! thingy in NY, so we DID go in =P
IT WAS EPIC. They showed us how they turned and ordinary studio room thingy, to a scene in New York when Hurricane Katrina arrived. The set was AWESOME. Sound effects, Light effects, the vibrations. Plain AWESOME. In the picture below you can see the machines putting back the set from after the hurricane. Fantastic.
Oh, we saw Betty Boop. Wasn't that interested. Lol.

Too bad Luvenia wasn't there...... She would have totally pwned them FLAT. Okayy so yeahh they could do stunts and stuff. But. They were really lame. Lame lame lame. Go Sggs! xD
I think that's about it..... I THINK. Not sure. Probably not. Anyway, we went to the store and bought some stuff.
NEXT. Hwa Chong Institution. I DID say we had to visit schools right? I heard it was the best school in Singapore. So. Yeah. Anyways, comparing their school to ours? Yeah. We suck. Big time.
